1. Purchase of Goods & Payment Terms

By placing an order via our website, over the phone, or in our store, you agree to purchase the goods specified at the stated price. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or delivery, as agreed.

Any invoice balance remaining unpaid past thirty (30) days will be considered delinquent and subject to a monthly late charge of 1.5% (18% per annum) or the maximum lawful rate. The customer agrees to reimburse Seller for all legal fees, collection costs, and court fees incurred during recovery.

2. Delivery, Transit & Installation

Delivery dates and timeframes provided are estimates. B&R Discount Appliances will make every reasonable effort to meet scheduled windows but is not liable for transit delays caused by traffic, severe weather, or unforeseen logistical complications. Customers are responsible for verifying doorways, hallways, and installation spaces accommodate appliance dimensions prior to dispatch.

3. Returns, Approvals & Restocking Fees

All merchandise returns are governed strictly by our official Return & Exchange Policy. All returns require prior management authorization. Approved returns are subject to a mandatory 25% restocking fee. Delivery, haul-away, and labor fees are non-refundable, and items marked "As-Is" or "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

4. Limited Warranty

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing on the bill of sale:

• Appliance Sales: Covered appliances purchased from B&R Discount Appliances are guaranteed against functional defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase/delivery. Coverage includes qualifying parts and labor.
• Appliance Repairs: Standalone repair services performed by our technicians carry a 30-day parts and labor warranty on the specific components repaired or replaced.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper home plumbing/electrical connections, customer misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or commercial use of residential units.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, B&R DISCOUNT APPLIANCES AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, FOOD SPOILAGE, DOWNTIME, OR WATER/FIRE DAMAGE NOT DIRECTLY RESULTING FROM GROSS NEGLIGENCE). IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE NET PURCHASE PRICE ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE APPLIANCE OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

We shall not be held liable or responsible for failure or delay in performance or delivery when such failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather events, transportation shortages, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.

1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all transactions executed through this website or directly with B&R Discount Appliances shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to conflicts-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Washington County or Multnomah County, Oregon.

2. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the complete understanding between you and B&R Discount Appliances regarding your use of the website and purchase of goods/services.
