In-Shop Appliance Repair

Currently Available

Drop off your malfunctioning appliance at our Beaverton repair shop. Our technicians will tear it down, pinpoint the malfunction, and provide a clear, upfront fixed-cost estimate before any repair work begins.

Diagnostic Fee & Credit Terms:

$100 Diagnostic Fee: Collected upfront to cover bench time, teardown, and troubleshooting.
If you approve repair: 100% of your $100 diagnostic fee goes directly toward parts and labor.
If you upgrade instead: Receive a $50 store credit toward any replacement unit in our showroom.
If you decide not to fix: Your out-of-pocket cost is simply the $100 diagnostic fee. We can either safely recycle the machine for free or you can pick it back up.

Includes our 30-day parts and craftsmanship warranty on all completed repairs.

In-Home / Mobile Service Calls

We are currently focusing exclusively on in-shop bench repairs at our Canyon Road facility. When active, our field service operates with an upfront $150 trip/diagnostic fee covering most major domestic brands with a 30-day labor guarantee. Please bring your unit to our shop for immediate service.

Appliance Trade-Ins

Upgrade your home appliances for less. We accept select trade-ins toward the purchase of new, scratch-and-dent, or certified pre-owned units.

Need your purchase delivered? Local curbside/in-home delivery starts at $99 (rates vary based on distance, stairs, and hookup complexity).

Free Haul-Away: We provide complimentary removal and responsible recycling of your old, unwanted appliances with every delivered purchase.
